Each item is handmade and can typically be made in a few weeks. We strive to get orders out in 4-6 weeks or less. Custom orders, large or high volume orders may take closer to 6-8 weeks.

Custom items can be make to your exact specifications. We work with each customer to get exactly what you are looking for. We send proofs of each project prior to getting started on production to ensure you’re happy with the result. If you have an idea, it’s always best to email us with your specific ideas before placing an order. The more information you can provide, the better (size, color, budget, etc). We’ll get back to you in 2 business days or less to help get you started.

A. If the item is a standard item, customers have 14 days from receiving to return the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the undamaged item.
